Save yourself time, money and aggravation and simply avoid at all costs. Average to below average food with bad customer service and even worse management that lies and is indifferent.Ordered Moo Shoo Pork and instead what I really got Moo Shoo Carrots and Cabbage. There was so little pork, I honestly thought they sent the wrong order. So I called with the intent of just letting them know they messed up and expected a partial credit next time. Instead the managers argues with me that the order is right and that there is some pork in there. I said in other places, they serve Pork with Moo Shoo Pork. He says, that's other places, not here.So the manager basically admitted others places are better and this place stinks. Told him that's all I needed to know to avoid this place in the future, and he hangs up.I called my credit card company to get my entire order credited back to me. No use for this place in the future, and I recommend you follow suit too, or this is what you'll encounter.

Tried Wangs today.Got the garlic chicken. The sauce was cloyingly sweet, the vegetables soggy, and I'm not altogether sure it was chicken. My coworker thinks it was pork, whatever.Yuck!

Gotta be honest here - lousy lunch pretty much. Ate here yesterday and ordered the Kung Pao because, you know, it's my first time here, and how can you screw up Kung Pao? Well, it wasn't exactly screwed up, it's just that I've had much, much better, and not far from this place either! You've got Pei Wei less than a block, and the REAL Howard Wang's just down the street! This place was absolutely unremarkable except possibly that there were Asians in the kitchen and a white guy was the bus boy. I would definitely skip it.

I've never eaten inside, but Wang's is my go-to delivery place if I get in the mood for some (greasy) Chinese but don't want to leave my place, or if I'm sick. The crab rangoons are REALLY good. And their wonton soup hits the spot every time I'm under the weather. The entrees I've ordered have been okay. The Moo Shu chicken and pancakes were fine, and the garlic chicken was fine, too. Neither one blew me away, but I liked them enough to finish the leftovers the next day!The delivery drivers have always been fairly quick and nice, and the food is very reasonably priced. I'll keep ordering delivery from here whenever I get a hankering for Chinese!

I ordered my food through delivery. It took more than an hour and a half to arrive. Very poor service.

As an inner person, I must tell you, never order from this place. I promise and swear to God.First, the employees there never wash their hands after restroom. So you know how dirty this place is? And you know what, the boss never even provides handsoap in the restroom, he just refill the handsoap bottle with water! So there is no possiblility the employees can wash their hands!Second, they use bad stuff. I witness several workers stamp on the beef using their feet without shoes! WITHOUT SHOES! they said this method can make the meat soft!Third, everyday we are disturbed by the noise of rats. Actually when you eat the food from this restaurant, you are eating leftovers from a rat's mouth.Fourth, they clean the rice cooker with sanitizer, that's normal, right? But you know what, they don't clean it thouroughly so a lot of sanitizer is left on the rice cooker and mixed with rice you eat!Fifth, also about the rice. The drivers also do package, so inevitably their hands are greasy. So they use the STEAMED RICE to erase the oil from their hands! THEY USE STEAMED RICE which you eat to erase the oil from their hands because they say that the rice can attach the oil!For your health and for God's sake, DO NOT ORDER from this place.Sincerely

Its very rare for me to crave Chinese food. So when I did cave and order from Wangs today I was pleasantly surprised.I had an eggroll, hot and sour soup, and Kung Pao Chicken(lunch portion) delivered all for only $12.15. The eggrolls are thin and crispy which I loved dipped in hot mustard. The soup was a generous portion as well as hot and very flavorful. The kung pao could have been spicier so I just added sriacha. Otherwise I was happy and satisfied. ;) I actually saved half of my soup and chicken for dinner.Overall, I liked that it wasnt greasy, tasted fresh, and was delivered quick. Ill definantly look forward to checking out what else their menu has to offer in the future! NI nI
